PENETAPAN KADAR FENOL TOTAL DAN UJI AKTIVITAS ANTIOKSIDAN EKSTRAK ETANOL 70% KULIT BUAH TIN UNGU DAN HIJAU (Ficus Carica Linn) DENGAN SPEKTROFOTOMETRI UV-VIS

Kulit buah tin (Ficus carica Linn) mengandung banyak senyawa polifenol yang memiliki aktivitas antioksidan. Antioksidan adalah mampu mencegah terjadinya reaksi oksidasi lemak atau lain mudah teroksidasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kadar fenol total dan antioksidan ekstrak etanol 70% kulit ungu hijau. Metode digunakan dalam penetapan yaitu FolinCiocalteu menggunakan metode DPPH. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa tertinggi pada kental sebesar 7,8749 mgGAE/mL terendah kering hijau 1,9577 mgGAE/mL. Ekstrak IC50 257,3838 μg/mL 283,4893 μg/mL, sedangkan 1216, 229 1365,016 sangat lemah
